Who We Are
When I was younger, I ate whatever I wanted (mostly fast food), drank pretty much only sugary soda, and never, ever exercised. Not surprisingly, I didn’t look or feel very good – until one day I just got sick of it, and decided I needed to get myself into better shape.
The first time I set foot in a gym, I remember feeling completely out of place. I had no idea how anything worked or what I should be doing! But I stuck with it, and within a few months started to see noticeable changes to my body – not to mention feeling a whole lot better.
I was hooked, and spent the next decade experimenting with different workout programs, nutrition plans, and fitness supplements. Gradually, I learned a ton about what really worked, and decided that I wanted to help other people do the same.
I started CALIBER because I wanted to help people get stronger, leaner, and build bodies that they’re proud of. It has been very gratifying seeing so many of our clients share their incredible success stories and transformations.
I started lifting weights over 10 years ago, back when I was in college. I was a very scrawny kid and I hated taking my shirt off at pool parties or at the beach.
The first time I entered the gym, I walked right out 5 minutes later… It was so intimidating seeing all of these big guys there, and I had no idea what I was doing. But after doing a lot of research and learning about how to build muscle, I started getting stronger and stronger, and I was finally seeing the results I wanted.
I decided that I wanted to help other people do the same, which is how CALIBER was born. There are so many lies and myths out there about working out and losing weight that it can be tough to know what works and what doesn’t. I started CALIBER to help people achieve their fitness goals without wasting time on useless exercises and diets.
