  • Unlike in-person training, Caliber coaches watch over your progress 24x7 and check in with you several times a week to keep you motivated and on track.

    With visibility across your workouts, nutrition and habits, your coach is able to provide you with highly personalized, actionable guidance to accelerate your progress towards your goals.

    The result? Caliber coaching clients make up to 50% faster progress than training alone, and see superior results to in-person training at a much better value.

  • Caliber coaches are real, accredited trainers with years of experience.

    Before being hired, our coaches go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure they have both the technical expertise and communication skills required to effectively train and motivate their clients. As a result, we hire only 1% of coaches who apply to work with us.

  • You'll use a variety of ways to communicate with your coach.

    This includes live video calls, as well as video and text messaging via the Caliber app. Your coach is available to you 24x7 and you can expect a response within a few hours (unless it's in the middle of the night, of course!)

  • Check ins are as frequent as you'd like them.

    At a minimum, your coach will check in with you several times a week, inclusive of a comprehensive weekly review of your activity and your training plan for the upcoming week. While some of our members prefer less frequent, more diagnostic check-ins, many of our members appreciate regular check ins during the week to stay accountable to their plan.

  • Measurable results are what make Caliber so different from other fitness programs you may have tried.

    Throughout the program, we'll be measuring everything you do, from your strength workouts, to your cardio activity, to your body stats, to your nutritional information - even the instructional lessons you complete within the Caliber app.

    Your coach has real-time access to this data, so they know precisely how you're progressing, with visibility into your biggest opportunity areas. Your coach uses your personalized training data to inform their coaching interactions with you, and to make optimizations to your plan as you proceed through the program.

    Compare this approach to traditional personal training, which is limited to a few in-person sessions a week and with typically with no data involved!

  • Having good form when working out is important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress. Having trained thousands of people via the Caliber platform, we've developed expertise in teaching and maintaining proper form.

    In the Caliber app, you have access to video and text-based instructions for over 500 exercises, as well as key takeaways to focus on while performing the exercise. For more complex strength training exercises like the deadlift or bench press, we include multi-step video tutorials to teach you the exercise with proper setup and form.

    In addition, you will use our video form review feature, which enables you to capture a short video of yourself performing the exercise for your coach's review and feedback. Many of our members have learned how to lift weights for the first time, working with their coach in this fashion.

  • Your training program is 100% customized to you, your lifestyle, your experience and your goals.

    Unlike traditional personal training, Caliber training programs are comprehensive and highly personalized. You plan will typically include a mix of strength training and cardio activity, as well as nutrition and habit coaching.

    Caliber coaches are accredited personal trainers and among the top 1% in their field, so you can be confident that your program will help you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible.

  • Many of our members belong to a gym, but just as many work out at home using their own equipment.

    Regardless of where you like to exercise, your coach will design a plan that accommodates the equipment you have access to. In fact, you can get started with no equipment at all. Your coach can design a bodyweight training plan that's remarkably effective, especially when getting started.

  • Absolutely. Caliber is the ideal way to kickstart your fitness thanks to your dedicated coach, who will work with you one-on-one to teach you everything you need to know across exercise, nutrition and habit formation. We routinely have people join Caliber who've never belonged to a gym or lifted weights.

  • It's never too late to start a new fitness routine. In fact, the research says the benefits of strength training later in life can be profound, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease by 80% or more, while improving longevity and resistance to diabetes.

    In case you're curious, the average Caliber member is 38 years old, and 40% of our members are 40+.

  • We love people with busy schedules, as our program is often an ideal fit for them. When you train with Caliber, you train on your terms - when and where you want. If you travel frequently, as many of our members do, your coach will create a travel workout plan for you.

  • Yes. Whether you’re gluten-free, keto, vegan, Whole30, or allergic to specific foods, we will customize your plan to fit your lifestyle.

  • Measurable results are a key aspect of the Caliber program, and your coach will be laser-focused on helping you achieve results as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    Everyone is different, but most of our members begin seeing measurable results within 4 weeks of starting the program, with steady progress each week thereafter. On average, Caliber members see at least a 20% improvement in their body composition within 3 months of starting the program.

  • You can cancel the program at any time by emailing us at support@caliberstrong.com. If you cancel, you will have access to your coach through the end of the current payment period. At the end of your payment period, you will continue to have access to the Caliber app and can resume working with your coach whenever you'd like.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.

  • Yes. Caliber offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not happy with the program for any reason.

  • You can restart your Caliber membership at any time by logging into https://members.caliberstrong.com/my-account > My Subscription > Resubscribe.

    If your payment information has expired, you’ll be able to enter your updated payment info on the subsequent page. If this is the first time you're logging in, you’ll need to reset your password.
