  • Nope! Whether you want to work out in your gym or at home, your coach customizes your workouts to only include the specific equipment you have access to.

  • Absolutely! If you’ve never done strength training before, Caliber is the perfect way to start.

  • Strength training is an awesome way to stay in shape at any age! We work with members well into their 60s and 70s to improve their mobility, flexibility, and strength.

  • You can message your coach anytime through our mobile app or by email. You can expect a response within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Coaches check in once per week with a detailed review of the previous week’s workouts, nutrition, and to give you specific recommendations for the week ahead.

  • Having good form when working out is extremely important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress.

    To make sure your form is perfect, take videos periodically of your exercises and upload to the mobile app for your coach to review and provide feedback on.

  • Your coach measures progress in a variety of different ways, including changes in your relative strength, scale weight, body fat percentage, and measurements.

    You can also add progress photos, kept private between you and your coach, to clearly see all of the visual improvements you’re making!

  • Not a problem! Your coach can put together an alternative workout plan that fits your schedule while traveling.

  • Everyone is different, but most of our members who follow our plans see steady, consistent results month after month, and you should too!

  • Caliber training programs are 100% customized to each member’s lifestyle and goals.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into Caliber Account Settings or by emailing us at

    Once you cancel, you will not be charged for any additional months and will still have access to our mobile app and support from your coach until the end of your current payment period.

  • Absolutely! Whether you’re gluten-free, keto, vegan, Whole30, or allergic to specific foods, we can customize your plan to fit your lifestyle.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.

  • You can restart your Caliber membership at any time by logging into > My Subscription > Resubscribe.
