You can message your personal trainer whenever you like, 24 hours a day, via the Caliber mobile training app. Your trainer will be there to motivate you, offer advice, answer questions, and keep you on track.
As a rule, your trainer will always get back to you within 24 hours. However, the average response time is typically much faster than this, and your trainer will always try to get back to you as quickly as possible.

So in order to ensure your form is correct, your personal trainer will ask you to record videos periodically of yourself training and then upload to the Caliber mobile app for your coach to review and provide feedback.

You can also add progress photos, kept private between you and your coach, to see all of the visual improvements you’re making!
